Doerte Lindner

Born and raised in East Germany, Doerte Lindner is an Olympic medalist turned financial strategist who brings over two decades of experience in banking, accounting, and business management. She combines analytical precision with creative collaboration, leading with clarity, discipline, and heart.

Earlier in her career, Doerte served as Vice President and Branch Manager at Citibank and City National Bank, where she was recognized as an Outstanding Management Leader. She later founded Lindner Business Management, advising clients on accounting, financial strategy, and sustainable growth before joining Breakwater Studios.

Doerte also spent years mentoring elite student-athletes as a diving coach at USC. She holds a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
